Sneaky Bucha have combined the goodness of kombucha with the greatness of beer to create a full strength, lower carb beer. We blend our original Bucha of Byron with a range of beer styles – a little win in a tin. This tropical XPA bursting with hops and make a toast to the things that are just meant to be.

Compared to the negative reviews, some of the best reviews say things like "I actually enjoy the taste".

I don't like the odds of being that surprised.

  • Yeah I don’t recommend these at all

I can't stop scowling at the combination.

  • I'm keen to try but still waiting 3 weeks for my last ozB liquor land delivery.

    doesn't mention carb content?
    can't find anywhere using google

    • I bought a 4-pack of these when they were discounted at a local BWS ~6 months ago. I thought I might as well give it a try (~$8). I've still got 2 in the fridge - not in a hurry to drink them. Here's the info from the can (XPA): 330ml, 4% ABV, 3.0g carb per serve (1.8g sugars), >1g carb per 100ml

      • Thanks heaps.
        Carbs are low enough.
maybe I'll go grab a 4 pack before buying 2 slabs.

Come on guys. I've read the 5 star review for this on the Dan Murphy's website.

I believe every word of it - and I'm heading out to buy 10 x crates tomorrow morning. It sounds so good!!!!!

    lol

  • It sounds horrendous….must try though…. $60 for the summer ale with free delivery or $90 for the XPA with free delivery… Neither are honoured at checkout…

  • I love beer and Kombucha but I sure hate the taste of this crap. It's $30 for a reason!

  • Vaguely remember having a beer/kombucha can a few months ago. It may have even been this brand. Taste was definitely different but nothing worthwhile for me to buy again. Will just have a shandy next time.

Yep, I picked up a pack of 4 in the bargain bin at a local Dan's. Terrible. Tipped them out.

  • I actually dont mind them

    The blue cans are best

    Good for hot days

Dont buy if you are expecting hoppy flavours

  • All these negative review makes me want to try them..

Bought these last night, one of each.
Got an email this morning saying they are out of stock and i'll be refunded.

    • The quiet ozbargainers are at it again…

      • ?

        • The entire comments section is 'I wouldn't touch that with a pole' but there's the sneaky quiet ones that saw a $30 case and jumped on it. Things sell out quick around here, but you can't always tell from the comments…
