        • Good to know - I'll try doing the same.

          • @tight-ass: Did you have any luck? I got rejected too and I'm getting completely stonewalled by their support team.

  • 23rd Street Distillery Violet Gin 700mL Bottle $51.13 delivered from Boozebud via Kogan - Kogan First and LatitudePay required.

  • I just signed up. Am I right to think they will just deduct $ every week for 10 weeks, or do I have to go login each week to the latitude website to pay them?

  • Multiple uses per account? Or just once?

  • Question as I'm new to LP, if using credit card to pay (ANZ for me, Coles MC for wife), does it count as cash advance when repaying LP?

    • Nope. For me it counts as a "Credit card purchase" on my Visa credit card.

  • Thanks OP. Got a Audioengine B1 from Wireless1

  • I have a low latitude Pay limit. Can I do a Goodguys order for $300, pay $100 using Goodguys gift card then Latitude Pay the remaining $200?

    • I dont believe u can pay with gift card and latitude.
If it goes over ur limit it will just add how ever much ur over on the first instalment

      • Thank you, that worked.

  • if I've used past offers like this for a store, am I still eligible for the discount for this new promo? I bought something from JB with Latitude in a promo they were running a few months ago and wanted to make sure I can still get a discount with JB this time

    • Yes u can

  • when i try to use it, it says they're only discounting by $10?? (even though i'm spending 300+)

    • +2

      Jb is only $10 off

  • Dumb question - is single use only, use once per store or one use for the entire promotion?
Can I buy once at TGG and HN?
    or just one shop?

    • Says "Single use per retailer" so I assume you can use it at both. Not sure if they count brands that fall under the same umbrella (like Harvey Norman and Domayne) as the same thing though.

    • U can use it once per retailer.
So once at hn. Once at tgg. Once at joyce. Etc

      • Does anyone know if you return purchase, can you reuse at same retailer and still get $50 back?

        • Probably not because they take 3 decades to process the refund… by then fomo promo over

  • Managed to grab a Logitech Powerplay from Harvey for $109. Got them to price-match Officeworks to $159, then took the extra 50 off :)

    • Price-match via the online Chat? Took them about 6 hours to connect and then I missed them, lol. Probably a blessing in disguise though.

      • +2

Nah in store, tried the online thing last time and they straight up just didn't reply lol.

I went online and paid out the remaining instalments when I got home, and it seems they didn't like that…

"Unfortunately you're unable to make new purchases using LatitudePay, please contact us for further information."

Guess they want you to make the weekly payments so that you're more likely to miss one and they can collect those sweet late fees 😂

      • Are payments automatic? if not I guess that's their entire business model, break it up into so many installments that you forget to pay.

        • Yes they are automatic mine comes off each week, if it dont then it not be my fault it be there fault as no past issues prior.
I did wonder panic after my first payment that it was not automatic but read it is and its worked since 4 weeks ago now.

      • Guess they want you to make the weekly payments so that you're more likely to miss one and they can collect those sweet late fees 😂

That is 100% the business model of the BNPL providers, much like Credit Cards.

        • Someone replied to me and said that, even if you miss a payment, you can instantly update the card and not be charged fees.

  • The Harvey Norman purchase, either few $ under $150 or way too over $150.

      Tell me about it.
Ive done nothing at work 2 days in a row trying to find something to buy

Productivity at its finest. Trying to 'save' money by spending money.

  • Found theee bargain.
Carton of foster's delivered $42 on Catch

  • Has anyone tried using prepaid mastercards (like the coles' one) to make additional payments on LatitudePay/Zip and got it working? Or have they blacklisted them all. I kept getting errors.

    • They dont accept it. I have tried to pay ZIP by prepaid card added in Sniip and it does not allow it. Maybe the only way is via Revolut that I dont use.

  • Is this online only or can it be used in store and does this end midnight Saturday.

    • See the stores list on LatitudePay. I think JB used to offer it in-store but the website now says online only so double check. Probably couldn't be bothered by how slow it is, since JB is usually a lot busier than HN/TGG, etc.

  • Thanks op picked up switch oled from GG, game and controls from HN, game and case from Kogan, another game from JB. $135 discount on top of sale prices thanks

  • What a flop! Seems there's many people who were denied an application with LatitudePay including me.

    • Accidentally negged you when I meant to give you a positive vote. Lots of applications denied that shouldn't be.

  • i just ordered metroid dread $68, pokemon shiny pearl $68, and cyberpunk 2077 day one edition PC $39 from harvey norman (-$50) for $125

    LEGO 75312 Boba Fett's Starship - Star Wars $80 from kogan (-$25) for $55

and new pokemon snap $64 from JBhifi (-$10) for $54

I'm another person that got rejected / denied by LatittudePay. Got their free credit check report from Experian, my score is considered 'Very Good', so not sure why I was rejected.

I did see someone mention that it may be due to incorrect addresses, and the report shows a few different typo's with my address from my previous credit card applications.

I've sent an email to Experian to correct these addresses, hopefully it may help.

However, I did also note that despite having signed up to Klarna, AfterPay, ZipPay and LatitudePay, I only saw LatitudePay show up on my credit enquiries.

Not sure what that says about LatitudePay, or more about the other companies, but it hasn't been a great experience for for me with LatitudePay so far.

I've also been unable to login to my account for the past week, so that's another issue.

  • I just used this to buy a cooktop from Harvey Norman. They take the first payment and there are 9 more to go. Which I was aware would happen but is it possible to just pay off the remaining balance in one hit. Is there a fee for doing that?

    • Yep just log in and pay it all off, no fees but according to some users, it'll lock your account and you have to contact them to unlock it to use at another retailer.

      • +1

Cheers. Just paid it out. Don't care if they lock my account. last time I did this sort of thing was buying mags and tyres at Bob Jane through Avco in 1997 :-)

JB $49 item just $1 short but don't want that useless Sony wrist strap. lol

  • Does this work in store at Harvey Norman? The t&cs in this post say online only.

    • I see in the terms on latitude website it says some stores are in store and online, including Harvey Norman and TGG.

  • Nest Protect - I got Good Guys to pricematch Officeworks for $149 + $5 delivery - $50 promo = $104!

    • Was it online?

      • It's says to call them for price match.

      • call them, their rep is pretty chill and happy to apply price match without asking too many question

        • Are we able to pay with latitude pay over the phone?

          • +1

@Pricebeat: They will send you the link via SMS and click on that to pay via latitude pay. Pretty easy process though

            • @nguyentran: Thank you. I would have missed out on nest as I need three and so far only got one 😊

    • +1

i couldn't get them to match, 2 reps both said the system can only let them do it at $178 + $10 postage…

  • anyone know wvy I can't check out with latitude pay its seems to be bugging out on kogan or maybe theres something i missed when it comes to purchasing things but i swear your allowed to but anything aslong as , your cart $75

  • how do i connect my latitude pay account to kogan? At check out it doesnt give me an option to check out via latitude pay. ?

    • Make sure you don’t have kogan first trial in cart.

      • Yes - if adding Kogan First trial to your order, it requires CC. Then charges full order to CC.

Had to cancel my order & order again. Boozebud were quick to cancel.

Sign up for just the Kogan First trial - with CC.
Then place $75+ order paying with Latitude Pay.
