Seems Woolies has changed how they deal out these points. Spent $101.80 but had a $36 item out of stock and haven't recieved the points. In the past I would get the points no problem even if items were out of stock and brought you below the threshold. Quite annoyed at how slimey this is, how the hell am I meant to k ow if everything will be in stock.
Have you spoken to them? May depend on the conditions of the offer. A while back they were emailing offers that stated that you had to spend the required amount even if items were OOS. As you say that is ridiculous. I believe that if the points are added at the checkout then they will not change even if you do not reach the limit but sometimes they are added later. I have asked them about this and they say depends on the deal. Would be a lot better if it was the former and then save then the hassle of people calling and emailing to get the missing points and us having to check and chase.
