  I got an error message 'payment declined, please try again' when I tried to order from red rooster. I'm not sure if this is a restaurant problem or card problem? has anyone else experienced the same?
  I have chatted with menulog and they said there is no problem with my account. and, I don't think it's a card problem because I used 2 different cards, and the same thing happened. I ordered the same thing from red rooster with the $7 voucher just yesterday, and it worked.

      The voucher was applied so I don't think the voucher was the problem. I live in NSW, and tried to order at around 6:30pm

    Is Red Rooster delivered by Restaurant? I just checked a location here and it seems to be delivered by menulog so the voucher won't apply.

      For my red rooster, it is delivered by restaurant. I ordered it with the code the day before, and it worked. but, not this time. Idk why, perhaps you can only use the $7 off once for one account even though you use different code voucher?

        Oh that's weird.

        I have used a code most days at the same places, some days I have used 2 on the same day. It shouldn't be that.

        There have been situations where a restaurant has just stopped working for people, then started working again (in some cases). Not exactly sure why, if the restaurant removes themselves or it's just a bug, but there doesn't seem to be a solution and chatting with Menulog support is just a waste of time.
