      Not OP but I also booked yesterday and used a voucher which I'd lose…. not worth $50 to get 6 more ppd, but if there's no hit why not

        You won't lose the voucher. I cancelled last time and got reissued with a new voucher.

          @nightelves: Depends on the voucher. If it's a marketing voucher / promotional voucher yeah, that gets cancelled with the booking.

          If it's a voucher you got from a refund, that gets automatically reissued.

      Honestly it's a lot of effort for about 500 points. Would have been nice but I'm not going to fluff around over it.

  Just cancelled our Cairns booking and rebooked through Qantas earning 35000 points.

  Just remember it says to allow for 8 weeks after your stay for points to arrive.

    You should see the points 4 weeks after check out date. T&C allows for a little extra buffer just in case.

  This would be great if I could figure out where and when I can actually travel. Still all 'expected' dates at this point in time.
