    We are told that Australia post is dealing with "Christmas time" shipping amounts of parcels and have stopped collecting parcels so they can catch up. They then go and do this? They aret exactly hurting for business.

      Yep they stopped collections from us for 1 week at the start of Oct. They are completely backlogged in Vic. 2 of the major Hubs (Dandenong and Sunshine West) are a complete mess with significant delays. I have customers in Tas that have been waiting since Sept 24th for delivery as an example. That being said they have dropped our shipping rates to compensate.

        After checking with AusPost here's the eligibility -

        "New MyPost Business customers, or
        An existing MyPost Business customer who has not transacted since 1st January 2020, or
        An existing customer that has been identified as an opportunity to win back business from a competitor. Customers wishing to return to Australia Post who have previously sent products through MyPost Business will be reviewed for eligibility."

    Aargh, is anyone else having issues with the austpost business signup?

    It errors during entering my name, then says my password is wrong & now fails when trying to reset the password, telling me the link is more than 24hrs old… it’s less than 24sec!! O_o

    I received the We're increasing your MyPost Business savings email but the cost of the parcel is showing the same as before I registered the promo code.
    How do you know if your getting the correct discounted rate?

    Also, when I go Name- Account Management- Promo Codes….. the code box is empty (should it have retained the Retail$B311 code?)

    I just found out about this today from a nice guy behind the counter when I was posting an extra large parcel. Nice savings there but given I'm not a regular poster, I doubt I will get to keep the band3 status after the promo period ends on the 4/7. Was just wondering, since the QR is only required to be shown at the point of post in the post office (i.e. sender still pays for the discounted postage at the counter), can we as an ozbargain community not share a single QR code to stay on the highest band so everyone benefits?

    Still working (post office gave me card promoting it a few weeks ago). Code should work until 30 June 2023.
