    Cons
    1) Hub needs to be wired to the router
    2) No backup battery on hub
    3) No local storage - cloud based only
    4) Cameras are mounted magnetically so can be easily pulled off if in hands reach
    5) Camera range will depend on your router wifi strength
    6) Camera battery lasts 3-6 months. Although it can be wired I don’t see power cables included.

            @sickfvckadam: Just based on the battery I would say the Kasa 300 range is better. The Aldi one runs on AA batteries, which will probably lasts 1-3 months before you have to buy new ones or use rechargeable batteries.

        I did see the following regarding this, so if you don't want to pay extra you can get some limited access:
        KC300 - Rolling 2-day video history for 1 year

        Free for the year but with limited features - rolling 2 days video recordings. After that you need to subscribe to one of their plans. They hook you in with the low cost, but it will come out more expensive in the long run. It’s a no from me.

  Not sure about this model , I have 4 of these (https://www.kasasmart.com/us/products/security-cameras/kasa-…) with 1 hub and they work brilliantly. Had to order from Amazon US, however.
