Had delayed dispatch on 10 November however haven't received a shipping notification yet. Tried contacting them by email and through their contact form on their website but haven't got any response. Really poor customer service. Won't be using them again.

I requested a delayed dispatch for 19th Nov but got an email that my order was shipped on 15th. Got the package today and one of the bags is not sealed properly and the roast date is the 8th. To say that I am annoyed with them is an understatement.
