      Received this today - very early thoughts, baring in mind this is my first use of an item like this, so I have no comparison point.

      Seems decent, Holds my ipad air with lifepro case without issue, and my phone as well.

      The gooseneck is pretty tough to manipulate, but then when you put the ipad on it, you realise that it has to be in order to be stable. With regards to stability, once you find a position, it works well - though it takes a few tries. (essentially the weight of the ipad+case makes it sag, so you need to reposition to counteract etc). No such issue with my phone as it weighs a heck of a lot less. The ipad is pretty old (think it's an air 2?), so isn't exactly light, and the lifepro case is chunky.

      I wouldn't be wanting to use this as a constantly different angle situation, but if you have a relatively fixed position where you'd want to keep it, it will do well.

      I bought it to attach my ipad to a bookcase next to my rowing machine - this will do well for that.

    It's a pretty bad quality phone\tablet holder.
    It doesn't hold that well and I ended up getting a refund after complaining that the neck had already been torn after unboxing.

  Doesn't work with modern phones which are atleast 200 + gms. Don't bother
