Mortgage Loan Conditionaly Approved Subject to Random Audit?

We recently apply for a new build home and land package in QLD, after 7 weeks of signing papers etc the lender come back to us and said it has been conditional approved. I called them and they said it's conditional approved subject to Audit by an external people as they random pick them.

We are stressing as this has been stressful and we are worried it could be an issue. I try ask the lender they said its should be OK unless we haven't gave them information or something. I gave them my life lol.

Anyone being through this can tell me how it gone or if you know the process would be great thanks.

  If you've been honest and have supporting documentation you have nothing to stress about.

  Be scared because a lot of people underestimate their spending.
  And if so could be refused a loan.
