Ive ordered 3x burners from them last year. Was quick delivery but thats about it. I never had to email them for support.

wait it out for nvidia to release their cards which will be VERY soon! 79xx has been doing nothing but dropping in price, and with the 680 coming soon itll either drop more, or the 680 will be better value.
