how about the $115 500gb plan? which is now reduced to $65?

    • Details on this ?

      • I'm not totally sure but that plan reverts back to 115 after a year

    • I'm on this currently the 115 plan for 65/m up to 12months…do you know if they changed the offer recently? Because I got given 700gb. The CIS says 500gb but I definitely have 700gb..unless it's extra 200gb for the first month.

    • is that an optus deal ….?

optus have great family bundles …..in on $61 pm for 2 voice sims, 80gb data and 2 data on,y sims, i’d love to get the pixel on a good sim deal only on optus …..

if you value the handset by this deal pixel 6 $792, then you are paying $1248 ($52pm) for the sim over 2yrs

A deal that a majority of people would not have access to as they do not have Telstra Plus. And for those that do have Telstra Plus…will most likely stick with Telstra to keep their Telstra Plus account.

  • T&C's for the Pixel 6 Pro, as they are slightly different in the total cost:

24 month, over $50 per month, inferior service to Telstra and giving money to Gerry Harvey, definately no deal. Nothing to see here.

    • can't agreee more

    • +2

Subjective. Telstra has so many dead zone in SE Metro Melbourne.. Like unusable, limited to no coverage

  • I did the maths guys. if you were to purchase the pixel 6 pro 256 through the Optus website with the cheapest plan ($45/month) it comes out to $105/month over 24m
With this offer it comes out to $62 a month and you get 130gb extra. 24x85= 2040+ upfront cost of pixel minus $1000= 449= 2489- $1000= 1489. divide that by 24 and it comes out to $62/month. let me know if my epic math is off

still $1000+ for the handset over 24 mths ….only good for people with no upfront. cash, really want a deal where handset is dirt cheap over 24 mths …..e.g 1/2 price ……

I don't see why you would not get this deal over direct with Optus. over 24 months, its cheaper. And good luck finding a deal like that with a newly released product. especially one with limited stock.

    • Why have you taken -$1000 twice? Isn't the total monthly cost for the HN deal just ((24 x $85) + $449) / 24) = $104 ?

      • A flaw in my calculations. Thank you very much fellow Ozbargainer. I was not confident in my calculations and had 2 other people look at it and they said it checked out fine…

Are these phones also eligible for Optus' offer of the Pixel A Buds?

  • +1

Just a word of caution folks, I ordered a $65 plan that comes with HN gift voucher. I got an SMS from Optus for the gift card with invalid link on Thursday. Over the last three days I've visited two HN stores and spent over 2.5 hrs on phone with Optus CC yet no response on the gift card. If you want to get this deal, best go into a store, don't do it online. Their customer service is hopeless!
