      I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to this and own an aeropress, but what makes coffee beans less or more suited to the aeropress?

        Flavour profiles and roasts. Espresso coffee is normally roasted darker than filter/aeropress.

    Just sharing a tip that I tried last month after ordering a kg of Airjo Sumatra. I portioned the coffee in to Glad To Be Green Snack Bags and then put them back in the kg bag and put them in the freezer. I got about 120g per bag so it was perfect for 2-3 days of coffee. I took the coffee out of the freezer a day before and decantated it in to my Airscape cannister. I was really impressed with the freshness so have no issues buying a kg or two in the future now.

    20 grams a day, 2 KG will last 100 days. THat would almost last 4 months assuming we have coffee outside once in a while. It would have been nice to have % off that way we can order smaller sizes like Airjo does.

    What is your coarsest grind? Looking at steeping coldbrew, and anything even remotely fine makes it gritty.

      Just get yourself a cheap grinder. Even a spice grinder or hand grinder will do the job for coldbrew. If you're buying pre-ground coffee you're paying for stale coffee.

      You can just make a note on your order when ordering online that you want it ground for cold brew :)

    Literally still waiting for my order from last month's sale to arrive.
    Reached out to customer service and they told me my 2kg worth of stale coffee would arrive this week.

    Quite disappointing.
