      Network switches to 3g 20kbps on Calls And no Volte support except that everything is good switching after 2 years to different network

    Was about to go eww Vodafone network but surely it can't be worse than Optus? Don't know why but it's just so slow.

      Shouldn't be any problem. Best advice is to port during business hours.

      Ported to Lebara last month. Took all of 2 mins.
      Just keep old sim in your phone until you get a text from current provider asking you to confirm it was indeed you who requested the port then it should be smooth sailing after that.

    Company refuse to provide Tax invoice/Receipt for the purchase, which goes against ACCC regulations. Please beware when you purchase from this telco.
