            @sween64: For loosening and tightening little screws. ;)

            Watches, glasses, small electrical stuff… I mightn't use them every week, but I got sick of struggling to undo little screws with crappy screwdrivers that seemed to only last a few uses. These are reasonable quality at a reasonable price and they've worked pretty well for me so far.

        Yep. Shows free express shipping but price is rising. Go to shipping method and apply free standard shipping, and choose no insurance. Finally its $21 with free shipping

    I've had one of these for years, originally used it to pull apart an iPhone and then started using it when I got into custom watches and now I'm using it for locksport.

      Are the tips magnetic?
      If so, are they strong?

      I need one for work, where I'm pulling apart some devices and it's painful on the tight angles and no/low magnetism.

      The metal handle will conduct static electricity and could damage components. Even though the risk is low, best to get something with a plastic handle.

    It shows 11pcs left. After clicking on it, its USD$9.99 each. When I click "Buy now", its USD$19.99. If buyer did not double check before clicking confirm, you will be getting it at double the price.

    They put up small quantity on sale to create a clickbait. I never successfully bought any of stuff as that price after clicking in for so many time for the pass 2 years. At this price, I don't mind getting them even if I just want them, not need them. If I need them, I don't mind paying a bit more to get them rather than waiting for promotion to save a few bucks. That is what they are counting on, product range exposure to us while we are looking at the non-existing promotion.

      I can only speculate based on experience (I looked at some screwdriver tips under an electron microscope a couple years ago), but I would expect very little metallurgical differences. Material is a carbon-manganese steel quenched to from 100% martensite - fairly easy to do.

      Main differences could come from the manufacturing techniques. These tips are forged to precision dimensions. Not an easy task, and an area where wiha's expertise could have some significant advantages. A poorly fitting tip will be more likely to cam out and strip the screw head.
