    I also have the offer available, I have been a free trial member and used a 99c deal previously, worth it for the credits, was just looking at the Larry Lawton books and wanted to grab it on Audible, I'm not much of a reader, great timing.

      Surprisingly they’ll refund pretty easily, managed to get 7 months of fees refunded (yeah don’t ask how I didn’t notice for 7 months…)

    Oof I signed up for this (definitely said it was 99c on the confirmation) and just saw I was charged the full $16 on my statement. Check your emails and statements, the full charge can go through even if it seems like you're getting the deal.

    Damn. Not available for me. I'm a prime member. Are you guys? I now know that Prime members get a 30 day free trial of 2 titles straightaway which I'll sign up for - but I would have preferred 3 over 3 months.

        Hmmm. Thanks. Seems pretty random. I suppose I shouldn't be looking at a gift horse in the mouth. These eBooks are pretty expensive. Never bought or listened to one before.

          I work in a job where I'm lucky enough to be able to work and listen to music etc for long periods. Audiobooks can be great, but it all depends if you enjoy listening to the reader too

            @InsertCrow: Thanks. Lucky for you. Good to have your input then. I think I once tried listening to an audiobook when driving but found I just couldn't concentrate on it and on the driving. Happy to give it another go though. I think I'll enjoy listening to Stephen Fry.

      I love the Kurzgesagt stuff.

      Their “Immune” book looks visually stunning with amazing illustrations, but the audiobook would be a great addition if you already had a hard copy.

    Just so you know, when/if you cancel your account you don't get to 'hold' your credits for a purchase later - you have to use it all up (but you can gift books)

    Any recommendations for something for the whole family - for Sydney Byron drive at the end of the year? Kids are 6, 9 and 11. The 2 older ones like Percy Jackson series so wondering if Mythos might be suitable for all?

    First time audible user, please could someone answer a question. Some books seem to say 1 credit and I understand I can get one of these per month.
    Other books say included $0 included in your membership. Are these in addition to the credit ones, can I listen to as many of these as I want per month and do they remain available in my library after the subscription ends?

      Those are part of audible+. Hundreds of free audiobooks and podcasts to listen to as long ss you are a member. Best place to see what's available is on the app

      You can only keep products that you purchase with money or credits. The Plus catalogue will however disappear:

      There are still few titles marked as "Buy for $0.00" which will stay in your library forever.

    Is there anywhere in the Audible app or webpage that will show what I'm going to get charged on the next billing date?
    It says I'm on the $16.45/month plan, but it should be free as the second of three months in this deal. Any way to verify/ensure that I won't be charged the $16.45?
