ToolPRO Wet & Dry Workshop Vacuum 10 Litre $45 (Was $84.99) C&C/ in-Store Only @ Supercheap Auto

140

On clearance, seems most stores have stock.
It's only a 10L vacuum which will fit my purpose as a car vac and weekend diyer for the workshop.
YMMV depending on use.

Read the reviews if ya like, seems some people had issues with it.

Prob not best for anything heavy duty.
Next step is the 35L which is also on sale but obviously not near the cost of this

  • Code MYGARAGE should still work too ($10 off $50 Club Members). At least it does for me here in NZ. Got $70 worth of Meguiar's gear for $60 + a $20 store credit.

Ozito 12L wet and dry is $50 all day everyday at Bunnings and goes alright too, 3 year warranty to boot

    • big difference between vac bundles is the filter , some come with just foam and and a cloth, others come with a paper cartridge filter that is about $10-20 on its own …bunnings only lists the ozito one for the 35l as special order ……

      • interesting. So are you saying Ryobi 12L is better?

It's now $36 for SCA Club price. Is it still a good buy? I just need a stronger vacuum to clean the car cos my Dyson V8 isn't strong enough.

    • I just noticed this too and jumped on it.

The reviews on balance seem positive and for $36, I reakon you can't afford not to buy.

  • Tossing up b/w this & Ozito 18L for $69.

Anyone know the Watt for Ozito & if there's any replaceable HEPA filters on ebay/Amazon for Ozito? Cheers

  • Sat on it during the last sale, now that's it's back again for $35.99, I went ahead and got one.

It's smaller than I expected but for cleaning the car and work bench it's more than enough. Definitely stronger than my Dyson V8 and doesn't run out of battery. Build quality is average, all hard plastic, but I think it should be fairly reliable for small jobs. For $35.99, it's definitely worth it.
