Yes, rev.3 are LHR too. I don't think you can find any new FHR cards anymore. You probably can find used ones but they will be very expensive.

I don't think dual mining is the solution to LHR. I might be wrong.
Using NiceHash you can get decent returns - currently sitting at about $4.89 per day after electricity (calculated at $0.03 khw) you get paid in BTC though, so I guess the return depends on the price of BTC…
