I ordered a heap of stuff from them a couple of months ago and despite it all saying that it would leave the Warehouse in 24 hours, they didn't get it to Australia Post for over 10 days.
I was wondering if they were drop shippers?
The handful of times I've ordered delivery has actually been really quick. My last 2 orders I ordered on a Friday and arrived on a following Monday and Wednesday
My experience has been the same as this, they're really quick from my experience, about on par with Umart.
I've had a mix of both… had a few get stuck at "Picking"
A quick email usually clears up the lead time. If it's too long, just email and ask to cancel. I've done that too and they generally refund within the day.
