Annoying - my order is coming but 3/4 were cancelled.
Warning to all. My experience was very poor. I had put in the promo code and the cart was half price. It took me to the payment page but the payment got declined. I then chose a different payment option which went through however the receipt shows I paid full price with no discount to the order. PayPal receipt also shows full price. Trying to chase up ubereats and get a hold of Woolworths to cancel the order before it was prepared was a nightmare.
I've discovered the exact same thing has just happened to me. Aargh… I'm going to try and get a refund.

It still works. There is a bug in the system. If you change payment method the payment will go through as though the discount code has not been entered.
Does anyone know if Uber have a chat system or only submitting via the contact us thing?

The prices are higher for delivery but the worst is delivery fee and service fee, $9 for me in all lol

I put in an order, got 50% off after my local Woolworths Metro can online and off for a few mins. Order was being "worked on" for an hour or so, driver was lined up then 30 mins later order was cancelled.
Uber eats is totally useless these days. That's like the 4th order this year that's been cancelled, not even going to bother trying the next time
Yeah im a bit annoyed since 3/4 of my order for cancelled and I still need to pay for the full service fee. The annoying thing is the stock is still showing as available.
Ordered a bunch of party supplies, snacks and cleaning items in time for the Xmas gatherings, hopefully it all goes well and arrives safely at my doorstep!
Anyone who's in/near Sydney CBD, I just ordered a load of seafood from GetFish who seem to have some pretty standard pricing on a large variety of products.. definitely some good value options at 50% off!
Used it in Woolies for meat, dairy, yogurt and deli. Can drink A2 instead of cheap milk, yeah!
Done with Uber. They screw everyone except corporate. The customer (pay higher prices), the business (pay a fee to uber) and the driver (poor wages)

Ordered from Primo Foods about $300 in meats. Fantastic deal and meat. Very interestingly only I can see that store, my entire other family could not select it.

Geez Foodland need to get their act together, so many missing items and wrong products in my order. Luckily I will supposedly get a refund so hopefully this isnt an issue. Like 50% of my order was messed up, long way from how good Woolies and Coles are when packing online orders. Ordered from an Asian grocer for later today and that will probably a disaster on a whole new level haha

Same. Could be helpful as the app only displays the promo was expired and used. One item out of stock, so the order adjustment might have broke it.

Had an order scheduled for today and they stuff it up. I confirmed the order at 50% last night and they charged me full price. Now need to chase up and they cancelled 1/2 of the stuff I ordered.

I knew a friend got done too…They must be getting alot of enquires assuming we aren’t the only ones or posting it. Probably a nightmare for Uber with the stuff up. Still waiting for a response.
