Reviews seem to be good. I reckon maybe best brand name value choice for bluetooth 5.

  • I'm trying to find any specifications for these. It seems Sony doesn't think they are important.

I do, so they can keep them.

Seems like the mic is awful from reading the reviews I read so beware of this before purchase.

    • Could you give more detail? Any link? Mic is very important as I plan to use for zoom teleconference.
      thank you

I bought these from JBbhifi recently. Price matched with office works.

Absolutely love them for $97. Comfortable. Decent sound. Connect really quickly out of the case. No issues with call quality, have taken a few calls with them so far. There are some call quality reviews on YouTube you can listen to if you like.

Thanks I ordered some, I could only see good reviews and the price is reasonable IMO.

  • Trying to decide between these and the Jabra Elite 3. Any opinions from OzBargainers?

    • There's a review on YouTube which compares these directly.

Thanks. Seems the Jabra has the edge for this reviewer.

        • Yes. I just hate the Jabra styling! And won't use a few of those additional features. But Jabra make some great buds.

    • I am waiting for Elite 3 to go on sale too. Hopefully sub $100 for Black Friday?

    Thanks OP!

No Officeworks in my area had any stock, so I used the price match feature on the Sony Website which was approved in less than 10 minutes…!!!

    Price matched for $97 incl. delivery… Awesome…!!!

I forgot to add… Plus 8.00% cashback with Cashrewards…! Makes it an even better deal…!!!

In case someone has access to good guys commercial, these are available for $90 in both black and white.
Yes they are not the best for everything BUT for under AUD 100 these provide the best price to value ratio in my opinion.

  • I bought Pixel Buds A recently after losing a Jaybird Vista earbud earlier this year. I like but don't love the Pixel Buds, and one thing that annoys me is the touch sensitive buttons. I doubt it, but does anyone know how these would compare on sound to the Pixel Buds? I have the Sony WH1000 XM4 (headphones) and love the sound, and have considered waiting for the WF XM4 (earbuds) to drop in price over the next year, but now these seem like a great deal!

    • you can get the last gen xm3 for $189 @ amazon, or $166 refurb from ebay sony.

      • I was going to buy some off a friend before I got the Pixel Buds, but the design and size is a major limiting factor for me

    • On sound I found these are better than pixel buds A. Couple of factors:
You get eq customisation and DSEE through the app.
I also got a lot better seal with the sony, hence better bass and overall sound.
Pixel buds A were a tad more secure so better for running, if that's your thing.

  • Would this Creative Outlier Air V3 be a better option? Seems to have a better mic at least
