      Yeah, the page is bugged. What I did is google "Samung Education Store", then login, then page is blank, go back to google search and open in another tab and the page should load and you are logged in.

    They've removed the banner that says extra $300 off trade in for the fold 3 on the government portal. I have a screenshot saying it expires on the 21st and emailed them last night. Hopefully they honour it.

      Same in Westpac Rewards. There was a banner yesterday "Received $300 when you trade in an old device…Offer ends 21.11.2021" which has now been removed. Emailed Samsung yesterday evening with a screenshot, but have not received any reply to date. Online live chat couldn't help at all but asked to contact [email protected] too!

      Totally aware that the trade in bonus in the EDU portal ended on 17th Nov…but I have a screenshot of Westpac Rewards $300 trade in offer (on top of the Black Friday 35% sale) that's supposed to end on 21st Nov but was removed today. Still waiting for [email protected] to reply my email (within 3 working days) but that deal might be ended by then =(

        I bought one yesterday, I just wanted another for a family member. It worked yesterday for me. This is .EDU btw.

        My trade was only $30 but I got a bonus of $300 so I had it for 1,390 for the 512GB. it has shipped. Some people were saying it didnt work yesterday and that was the 17th.

          Yeah, the bonus didn't add for me. Now the place where you put the trade in code gets an error message saying it's not working. I took a screenshot too so hopefully they honour it. I'm on the government portal.

    So I spoke to the online chat service and apparently… the promotion they said ended on the 17th "internally" right when the black friday deal came on the 17th. If you email [email protected] apparently they can give you a code for the trade in bonus for $300 but people have said it doesn't activate properly.

    Here on the 17th when order was placed saying 21st of November while BOTH trade in bonus and Black Friday was working until I guess… they realised it'd be too cheap so they turned off the trade in bonus? That might be one of the reasons why even if you put in the code they give you it wont work?

            @spirrowhack: To my knowledge I had a couple of people replied to me saying the flip3 trade in worked but during that period the fold3 still hadn't worked. It means they definitely disabled it because the black friday made it too cheap.

            Now I'm just confirming for myself. Shady practices lol. Other ebay stores do that so Im guessing Samsungs none the wiser and followed. The code they gave you im pretty sure only works on their normal store and not edu or gov.

        Yeah, it does not work anymore. Samsung said 17th Nov was last date for bonus code but some of us who tried on 17th could not get it to work. So we emailed Samsung on 17th and they provided code via email for inconvenience caused. Not sure if they will still give you $300 bonus code but give it a go.

        This is for people on the 17th who tried to use the 35% off + trade-in bonus which was not activating the $300 off, after taking a screenshot and sending it to their support email was given a code to use which apply the same discount so if you don’t have the code it won’t work.
