  Whilst I can understand pricing errors this seemed to go through with no problems at all and it took almost 28 hours for them to email claiming that there was a pricing error, in fact 09:12hrs this morning with the order placed at 05:48hrs yesterday. Had I got a response yesterday morning I would have been much more impressed. These things happen etc, get over it, but more than a day later? Poor, VERY poor.

  So, Fishpond, if you read this then please make some kind of response to those who placed an order. Offer us the product at cost price etc, it's something to consider so as not to drive customers away. Remember a happy customer is a repeat customer…….

  Even Kogan honoured a STB last year for $10 Vs $40 so why not give it a go at cost?

  As it stands I have a bit of a sour taste in my mouth re Fishpond….

  Fishpond, pffft! Stinkpond would be more accurate. I just hope that the 118 positives here translates to at least 118 people who will never think to order from you again.

  Yeah it sucks that this didn't end up happening. However, you can get a $10 store credit out of them if you wanted to. Just click on "contact us", send in a complaint, and they will offer you a $10 store credit.

  I don't believe the "pricing error" excuse either - $14 isn't that unbelievable. Maybe I'm cynical, but I think they just realised they didn't have enough stock to fulfil everyone's orders, but didn't want to admit to it.

  Would be interesting to see if anyone does get their order honoured - keep us posted here if you do.

      You can edit until someone replies, then it's locked. That way you don't get people doing ninja-edits after you call them out. :)
