The Amazon model number BL.9BWWR.220 is for dual rank 16-18-18-38 @ 1.35V (unknown die, likely Micron E):

If secondary timings are not an issue, this is a good value kit

Looks are the only reason to buy these. Not many white and black colour combo ram sticks on the market.
