  I have this charger. The vent mount is awkward with my particular car, which has awkwardly shaped angled vents (not the charger's fault - but just something to keep in mind if you don't have standard rectangular / flat vents).

  Curious that they say it does not support S20 Ultra - I have an S20 Ultra, and it works mostly fine. (My issue being the phone is too heavy, so the mount is not very stable, owing to the awkwardly shaped vents - if my vents were normal and the mount was more stable, then I think it would be fine!).

  Otherwise all good. A bit annoying some times when it isn't responsive to the auto open/close, but otherwise seems to work well.

  I have this charger for a week.
  What irks me is that there is no manual release for the sides of the holder.
  That means it always needs to be plugged in to use it, at least to put the phone in and to take the phone out

    Yeah, you do have to remember to remove your phone when you stop the car! (My car remains powered for a little bit, so there is a little bit of time after turning the car off that I can still remove the phone)

    Nah won’t work. The top hooks on, and then rests on two feet like a tripod, using gravity to hold it secure. On my vents, which are angled (not the vents blades, but the face of the vent), it is pretty unstable already…vertical would definitely not work!

    It does come with a suction adhesive mount too.
