I received a VIP promo code today by SMS offering a bigger cyber discount but I cannot use it because I have an unused and (apparently) expired code (SAVE25) permanently stuck in my cart.
SAVE25 is less generous than the VIP code but there is no way to swap the codes around.
I've tried to apply the new code and nothing happens. I don't get an invalid code message - just nothing.
(The stuff I want to buy is not on sale, so that it is not the issue either)
As a new user I am also being prompted at checkout to ADD the WELCOME code for free shipping but that doesn't work either!
I have to say as a relatively new user of Hairy Dog that the website is appalling - slow and buggy and not user-friendly.
I will stick with Boozebud where at least I can toggle the promo codes and get free shipping most of the time.
