Ryobi impact driver under $60, lowest price on CamelCamelCamel. This is a US model not available here, but seems to be better than the basic impact driver available at Bunnings for $109 as this has 200Nm of torque. 3,200 IPM.

You don't get the local warranty offered but instead deal with Amazon for refund/returns.

      Impact drivers are primarily for driving fasteners, not drilling holes. To drill into brick wall you should use either a hammer drill or a rotary drill.

    200Nm of torque is pretty good for doing up wheel nuts (my subaru asks for 100Nm)
