        I checked the order status via the tracking and the two of them are still stuck at 'order placed'.

        The store then looked it up in their system under my name and couldn't find them.

        I ended up ordering again at the store and have already eaten them. Let's see how long it takes to get a refund.

      The pizza has definitely shrunk, not to a mini size per say but yes significantly smaller.

          I agree it is greedy when frankly I reckon after the issues this caused all the Domino's stores ( people all waiting outside and chaos over who was allowed into the store, people were queue jumping and then getting told to go back out because there's too many inside) , I am not sure Domino's will run this deal again. It was obviously designed to be only one pizza pickups hence why people had to close the apps fully and come back and place more orders…

        There were old ladies and young girls picking them up. Perhaps one or 2 were going to a dorm but that many..I doubt it. And if it was a dorm generally there would be more than 1 person picking up the 8 pizzas to help carry it. These were all 1 person pickups.

    Voucher works when I enter it but then at final screen the price goes back to $5 and the voucher disappears.

      because when you order it now, it actually counts as being ordered in like 5 or 10mins.

      There is no option to order at 2pm now.

    Tastey Beef and Onion pizza with extra chilli flakes for $1 - they even came out and delivered to the car.

    Not working for me. In QLD tried to order in app, says code is only available in rewards app, no way to order it in the rewards app. Will eat something healthy for lunch instead.

    I didn't want to take the risk of them cancelling my order, so I ordered 2x from 2 different stores and they were all on the way to work, shouted everyone at work. They were happy!!

    Picked up my 24 pizzas.

    Decent amount of shaming from myself and the teenagers behind the counter. Plus the mum with two small kids had to leave because there was a 20min wait…

    10/10 would do again.

    just picked my two up, thought there would be a queue and parking would be a nightmare, but the place was empty and my name was top of the list. the guy in the shop asked me where i saw the deal cos he had never heard of it and i was the only one who had ordered it. showed him this OzB page - wonder if he was the owner and feeling ripped off with the deal (don't they get reimbursed from HQ though?)

    Mermaid waters store I was very impressed. Quiet and modern store. Wasn't very busy at 1pm.

    I seen one guy collect about 5.

    Many people in there were unaware of the $1 deal.

    Their website stopped taking my CC orders after 5 pizza's from same CC number. Then had to pay by Card INSTORE.
    Staff was okay with it. Store was pretty busy may be like 70+ pizzas they got in 1 hr window
    Total bought 11 (1 for myself, and 10 for friends) They all seem like you really bought these? (probably thinking I spent like $50-70 on these)
