          Right… seems like an odd comment then. Not even my supplied power bricks from the manufacturers are earthed. Just curious why you'd need this as all it's likely to do is stop the device (charger) from becoming live if there's a fault. I don't think this actually provides any more protection for your charger or your attached items.

          EDIT: and if the device is double insulated, the chance of a live device being any risk to a user is pretty much negated. Thus most low power draw devices don't have an earth.

          It's a figure 8 cable just buy this earthed 3 prong off eBay for $9.95 including delivery.
          BTW good thing about figure 8 cables is you can buy EU,US or UK versions off eBay and they connect straight into any figure 8 port.
          So you're ready for any extended stay in a foreign country with the right cable. If you're going to the U.S just make sure your device is 110V compatible, in this case it is 𝟭𝟬𝟬 – 𝟮𝟰𝟬𝗩 compatible. You can buy EU,US or UK versions of figure 8 cables off eBay or more trusted sites if you prefer without any issue. On eBay they're under $10 including delivery.

            @PukeyLuke: I'm confused as to how a figure 8 cable is earthed at all, but I'm not an electrical engineer or even a sparky. I think that "earth" is just providing socket coverage and alignment assistance.

      It is high density silicon. Size is similar to GaN chargers of similar output.

      Thanks for that. Just updated the link. The charger is RCM certified and on EESS register so safe for use. The power banks are tested to AS 62368.1 2018.
