  This is a genuine bargain, not a catch and not a spam. Being new to the forum earlier we did not follow the guidelines, hence account was banned. However, ban on the account is lifted. Please check with the moderator. I would think that forum community would be supportive of new people in the forum. Surely, there are other new people in the forum who may have been through similar phase. Would really appreciate if your negative comments could be genuine and based on the offer rather than anything else.

    See there is so many popular Apple & Android apps that come through ozb for free, people dont like ones that cost money (especially ones that are not well known).

    Also the description with all the caps and stars and ticks and whatever else is just plain annoying, most people wont read it.

    Just my opinion/advice.

      We did remove all the stars, astrix etc from the description based on few comments. Once again this is the learning for us on how to use this forum. Happy to accept negative votes if it was a misleading or non-genuine offer or product is not useful or genuine feedback on the product. Still believe that this offer did not warrant such negative votes/comments given we are following the guidelines and do believe that people out there appreciate such bargains. It is an open forum and everyone has a say and feedback should be respected and acknowledged. Thanks for your advice.

        One bit of feedback, turn off the caps lock when starting a thread, it's shouting, and shout at people doesn't endear you to them.

        Oh and your app name isn't great either maybe Property Manager or Property Portfolio Manager.

  Unfortunately thread is taken out already because of some people assuming it is a spam. 19 Votes we received with previous thread were all real. Happy for moderator to investigate with all those people who voted. At least it will stop these assumptions around spam and voting once for all.
