anyone with this soundbar had any issue with the volume level automatically switching to 3 after couple of minutes in arc/optical got a new one recently will have to return have tried everything the sound just goes to 3 after couple of minutes and this is both if the volume is higher than or lower than 3 to start with. software update done did not fix it. no issue with volume on tv when the soundbar is not connected. Otherwise was good for the price.

  I caved and grabbed the q900a from Qantas (20% off, still 230k points delivered) + SWA-9500S rears for $349 from Samsung (end of line according to JB HiFi who still want $499 for any left in stores). probably mediocre value to many but I'll be listening happily soon. :)
