  do you need to book via the zip app? for some reason I cannot login my booking.com account when in the zip app.

  has anyone gotten the zip reward by buying something but using chrome browser and paying using zip generated card?

    I tried searching for the deal in web browser but couldn’t find it. I can only see it in my app. I also got an email and here is what the email says.

  Booking.com has Black Friday Deals which offer 30% off stays worldwide. I booked a Black Friday deal and got an additional 11% cashback. Fantastic!

  Booking is so weird with their discounts. For instance, I have a reduced rate from $160 to $154 in I book directly through booking.com online. The $154 rate disappears if paid through the Zip App. I then reserve the booking online @$154, but not pay for the booking. I then go back through Zip and the rate changes to $150.40. Pay through Zip and I received $16.54 in credit.

  So after all of that, I managed to get the $150.40 rate, followed by a $16.54 credit. This represents a cost of $133.86 (or a 16.34% discount) on a $160 listing. Happy days.
