i was looking for a gaming laptop and came across this special.
this includes the
- 1080p display
- 16gb RAM
- X2 750gb HDD
- i7 2630QM CPU
- 3gb DDR5 NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 560M
was the cheapest i had seen, and there is a saving of $800 (they claim)

good price for this machine
Not really a bargain, I'd say that price is pretty standard for something like this, without doing any digging that is.
Edit - Like I thought: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/360417568374?hlp=false (Only has 500GB drive, but it would have a free drive slot, so easy enough to chuck an SSD in there).
Display is different though, lemme see if I can find a price for upgrade
Yea, i'm just reading through it, one part of their description says one thing, and one part says another.
What they charge to upgrade the screen, this would still be cheaper, so regardless, there is no real bargain here.

Even with ebay in mind, I still think that this is a fairly decent deal with a Full HD display along with Bluray writer. Was looking for this laptop 2 months ago and couldn't find the same specs as the OP's post for under 1750. Not bad.
It's not actually that good a bargain and its from a pretty dodgy seller

Only thing I don't like is the arse on these lappys. That's just me being picky though.
But that arse keeps this laptop unbelievably cool during gaming sessions.
I don't like how they spell lappy with only one p. So is it pronounced like "lay pee" ?

Really annoys me that so many people appear to think they are cool by using Seppo spelling.How's the screen on this one? My mate has the one with the GTX460M and the screen is a shocker, bleeding all round, poor viewing angles, etc..
the screen on this one with HD version is very good,im using dell 2412HM and the screen on the laptop is a bit better :D
The price seems very reasonable with $17 shipping.
I would be more tempted to buy if it was from a higher recommended seller.
if it turns up, if its new and not a refurb and if the seller doesnt kidnap you if you pickup and sell your kidneys on the black market….other than those small issues its a bargain :)
