  • Seems like a good deal.
Anyone know if it will work in Ford Falcon 2005 model?

Also, who can install it and how much they will charge?

    • +1

For a BA Falcon you'll need a dual-DIN fascia kit and wiring loom adaptor (example).

Any auto-electrician or car audio speciality store should be able to do the installation.

    • +1

Just had a look, and the Falcon appears to have a double DIN slot, so yeah, it should fit in there no worries.
I think normally they charge around $100 for install, but if you're even a little bit handy it's an install you can DIY, if you purchase a wiring harness for it.
You can work out what harnesses you need here and then grab it from Supercheap.
Otherwise, yeah just check FB marketplace or gumtree and I'm sure you'll find a young lad who'll come around and throw it all together for you.

    No tape deck. No deal.

BTW, OP, you have some trippy items listed on your website. For example, I haven't seen one of these for 15+ years! 😀

  • Anyone have any experience with this brand? Had a Sony XAVAX5000 in my old car and loved it. Obviously this won't be as good but curious as to how much of a step down it would be.

It might be a massive step down

Anyone have any experience with this brand

Massive has been around for at least 20 years now. They started off with OEM speakers, enclosures and accessories before adding stuff like rebranded head units and marine electronics.

Support is pretty good (although I don't know who their Australian distributor is any more) and they are well-known for after-sales support YEARS after release.

      • I'm not actually knocking them. Just couldn't resist the dad joke. The HU itself looks decent and good to know about the after sales support

        • All good mate. I totally understood the joke…I just replied to the wrong person 🤦‍♂️

  • How's this compare to the kayhan kit. Specifically to go into a BF falcon

  • Would it work with Kluger 2010? Those SUV have 7.5 inch existing audio units in place which I believe is double DIN. Do we need to buy headkit extra for steering kit to work?

  • Thanks for this- replacing 10 year old SO ANNOYING android head unit.
Found I could get it on eBay for $292 delivered to Perth using the PLUS5DEC or similar discount code.

  • These are all over Aliexpress, and designed for your dash without facia kits.

  • @frankies, Does this support Android Auto and Car Play? The box only shows Mirror Link, so does the picture of the screen. The website can't make up it's mind between wireless carplay or wired. Keen to buy a few for installs and don;t want to go through the hassle of returning them. Can you also confirm what it comes with as the website says Comes with but then says Optional next to the items?
