One gleam entry. Simple. More gleam comps should follow suit.

Agreed. Same chance if they give you 1 or 10 entries

    • the amount of gleam entries seems to be inversely proportional to the number of entrants. chances in most of these giveaways are 1/2000 but these bigger ones with 1 entry have like 1/20000 by the end

      • Where on earth do you get 1/2000?

I would take those odds for these comps any day but in reality I doubt it’s anywhere close to this good.

        • most giveaways i enter for tech stuff have around those odds iirc when you divide total entries by your number of entries. it does assume most entering do most of the entries (excluding twitch subs and other paid stuff) so yea its probably worse than that. but if you do the math the amount of giveaways you'd have to enter before it'd be more likely that you had won one than hadn't won one by that point is something like 1370

    • We can only hope, but then where would all these “influencers” get all their bought, meaningless clout from the arbitrarily growing number of followers who don’t give 2 shits about their content and will most likely unfollow after comp ends?

Can you tell I’m getting super fed up with the Gleam comps with a billion entry methods?

  • Anyone else get this message before?

    "Cannot Record Competition Entry
    Associates cannot enter own competitions"

These specs are worth roughly $7.5K (AUD),. OP: Mind including that in the title? Also thanks for posting!

      Done. Thanks for that.

Winning will be my only chance to get a PC worth that lol. I built a $4.5K PC for my brother last week and I thought that was expensive. Crazy to think GPU was almost half the budget.

Yeah, can relate to that first bit.

I'm still sitting here with my GTX 1050 2GB that I've had for 4.5 years… At least I have a decent CPU now (5600x).

Also neat, what specs did you get for your brother?

12700k, Z690 Aorus Elite AX, 32gb Crucial DDR4, Aorus 3070 Ti Master in a black Corsair 4000D with Lian Li AL120 unifans. He's pretty happy with it.

Fingers crossed you win a nice gpu in the near future :)

@Phalaxis: Damn, quite a good machine there.

And thanks! Good luck to you too!
