    Problem is that people raid op shops, vacuum up anything of value and sell them at their "vintage" second hand shops. So why shouldn't the OP shops sell items at competitive pricing instead of giving it away? Can't say for Salvos, but for some I know that approx 75% of funds raises are for food (coles/woolies giftcards), you can't eat an Armani suit.

    Besides, I mean, you are literally posting on ozbargain the land of Broden.
