  Belong cut off my previous number even after I messaged them about extension date. They make it impossible for you to contact them so the only way is to pay for extension. Possibly the most unscrupulous provider. Coming from Telstra it's not a surprise.

      That's the risk with many of these discounted MVNOs the way they save on costs is by cutting customer service and backend support so can be great if you don't encounter any problems ect but if you find yourself needing individualised support then good luck. a) it takes a while to get in contact & b) most likely the person you finally get in touch with doesn't have the skills/training to fix your issue easily. & besides that they are trained to take the minimum time possible so they don't particularly care about fixing your issue rather on getting you to hang up.
      I've had Telstra for the last year which had actually been great ($59p/m 80gb + unlimited 1.5mbits with $500 JB HiFI voucher) so now I have to return to Sim swapping until I can hopefully get back on the same deal. Gotta use up a $80 starter Sim so belong at least until I use up the $80 + $20 referral credit (if I'm eligible)
