Who Is Still Waiting for Their Black Friday Parcel from Aramex?

Ordered something on eBay on the 28th, still stuck at "Your parcel has been picked up by one of our couriers."

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same treatment?

  • Yes they have kept my parcel for a month in numerous times in the last 3 months or so. I ended up cancelling the order with the seller because apparently they couldn't do anything either

  • I have something being sent via Sendle which I believe purely uses aramex now… and been quoted minimum 14 days to get a package from melb to metro brisbane lmfao

Aramex are the worst courier I've dealt with in recent years. And there have been some bad ones. Absolute shambles.

    • 100% agree with above statement.

  • failed to deliver - no note left - asked to re deliever on monday - authority to leave - hope it goes well

rather they send to aus post

SMS notifcaiton was detected as spam too so missed out

    • Good luck, they lost a book shelf once metro to metro same city. Reason after 2 months? Couldn't find it. End of communications.

  • Lol… Aramex are the worst. I had my parcel marked as stuck in sorting for about a week and then it was marked as "out for delivery today" for a week. It was then marked as delivered about 4 hours before it actually turned up.

Funny everyone complaining about Aramex that used to complain about Aus Post…

Makes Aus post look extremely efficient now doesnt it?

    • nah aus post is still a joke but somehow still better than aramex.

1 express parcel from brisbane to NSW metro, 2.5 weeks before it showed up!

(ps, i did not neg you)

    • AusPost set the lower limit on the bar… Aramex treats it like a limbo competition

  • Add PFLogistics https://www.pflogistics.com.au/
They are up there with Aramex. My parcel hasn't moved since it got picked up on Dec 2. ETA was over a week ago, and eBay keeps pushing back the ETA, so I can't file a complaint with them till after ETA has passed.

  • Well it is the worst courier available so…

    • Free shipping from Asia.

      Can't complain.

Didn't want to pay 15 for dhl

  • I have an international parcel that was passed to them via DHL on 24th November and there has been no update since. How are they so bad?

    • Is it DHL or DHL ecommerce? if that's the latter, expect to take a while to get delivered because that's not really DHL. My DHL parcel from the UK (black friday shopping) was delivered in less than 2-3 business days. DHL from Hong Kong 4-5 business days. DHL ecommerce from the US (which is being delivered by AusPost) processed at origin on 9 Dec and stuck there since.

And PFLogistics tracking finally says "on board for delivery" so let's see how it goes.

  • Aramex are genuinely the bottom of the barrel courier.
Nothing and I mean nothing that was ever sent to me via Fastway/Aramex arrived as promised.

If you have any other option at point of purchase chose that.

  • I ordered a phone from banggood on Black Friday and the package arrived 16th December, via Aramex.

  • Ok mine have finally arrived on Dec 17th via Aramex. I guess made it in time for Xmas
