  • Not bad for H&M, they got some early members pricing for 50% off
This would make it even sweeter
Iconic is OK, but voids CB

Can you use at iconic outlet?

    • Can you use it @ H&M online?

      • You should be able to, as the gift card in this deal is a Visa card, and there’s nothing to suggest on the gift card’s webpage to say that it cannot be used on H&M’s online.

Btw, you’ll probably need to use 12/29 as the expiry date when using this card for online purchases. I’ve explained the reason below.

  • Any other cards ,15% off at the moment?

  • Can these be used at Cotton On Outlets, or just the normal Cotton On shops?

WOW i dont associate any of these stores with celebrating. I think of Dan Murphy and other liquor stores with celbrating

    • You don’t have BBQ parties or order takeaway via Deliveroo?

      • Good if you live in the city but I live 4 hours away from Adelaide. Not one of those stores here and deliveroo doesn’t even exist where I live…

The upshot is the gift card in this deal is a Visa card, so you can use it online (as well as in-store)… but that assumes you even want to shop at any of the participating retailers!

          • +2

@WookieMonster: Not really want to shop at any of these retailers. Easy if they would have added coles to it!

  • It's time to get a new barbie burner

  • Apparently does Iconic Outlet too

  • Trying to use this card at The Iconic, but I've now got the error message "Something has gone wrong, please place your order again" twice. As I bought this gift card last week, I'm entering "12/24" as my card expiry, but am thinking this may be where the checkout process is erroring. Has anyone successfully used this Celebration card to buy from The Iconic recently? If so, any tips?

The gift card in this deal appears to be a special version of the Ultimate (Visa) gift cards, as:

      • The webpage for this gift card is hosted on the same website as the Ultimate (Visa) gift cards, and
      • Heritage Bank is the issuer of both the gift card in this deal and the Ultimate (Visa) gift cards.

The expiry date you use for online purchases for Ultimate (Visa) gift cards is 12/29, so my guess is that you need to use 12/29 as the expiry date for online purchases for the gift card in this deal.

Thanks Wookie, I'll give 12/29 a try once the pending transaction clears from the prepaid card.

expiry 12/29 worked! thanks again WM.

        • Were you able to use multiple giftcards at the iconic?

      • The expiry date 12/29 doesn't seem to be working for me on deliveroo

  • Anyone know if unused cards are returnable?

    • +2

Only if required by Australian Consumer Law. Change of mind returns are not permitted for purchases of gift card at pretty much any business in Australia (including Coles).

  • Anyone having troubles with this card? Can't use it on iconic website, not even sure which number to use as there are so many. the celebrationcard.com.au weblink isn't working.

    • +1

The Iconic is still listed on the Ultimate gift card website as a participating retailer of this gift card, so they should be accepting it. (Here is the direct link to the website.)

Here are a few troubleshooting questions:

      • Does your Celebration gift card have sufficient balance available to pay for the transaction at The Iconic? You can enter the card’s PCN on the Ultimate gift card website to check the available balance. You generally cannot do split payments on websites, so your The Iconic purchase must be equal to less than the available balance on your Celebration gift card.

      • Are you using the expiry date of 12/29 at The Iconic checkout? This is the expiry date you use for card-not-present transactions with the Ultimate gift cards, and is not the month and year for when your available balance will expire.

      • What are you trying to purchase from The Iconic? You may not be able to purchase a gift card from The Iconic website using the Celebration gift card, as it may be processed by a third-party, and Heritage Bank and Blackhawk Network may not recognise that third-party as The Iconic and therefore reject the payment request.

      • Are you able to exchange your gift card balance for The Iconic gift card through the Ultimate gift card exchange portal? (I actually don’t know whether this is possible, but is worth a shot, particularly if you don’t mind missing out on cashback from Cashrewards or ShopBack.)

If you’re still stuck, you should reach out The Iconic first and see whether they can explain why your transactions are being declined. They can reach out to Blackhawk Network through a dedicated merchant support phone number (1800 862 127) if needed. You could also reach out Blackhawk Network ([email protected] or 1800 862 126) to see if they can help.

  • Anyone managed to use it for Deliveroo ? Trying to add the card and it gives an error, tried expiry date for both 12/24 and 12/29

    • Yep - doesn't work for me either at Deliveroo. Safe to say I'm never buying this gift card again.
