    Received this offer (YAY!) but how the heck do I work out whether this product https://www.amazon.com.au/General-Pencil-105-BP-Masters-Pres… qualifies? Home is currently 4% and says "Art & Craft Supplies" eligible BUT "Arts and Crafts" are excluded. The product listing shows it as Home - Arts and Crafts - Art Safety and Cleaning.

    To me, as it's a brush cleaner, this would classify it as Art and Craft Supplies (which doesn't seem to show up as a single category, but covers several different ones), but it concerns me that the page listing comes under "Arts and Crafts". To make matters worse, looking at other listings for the same product, they come under "Drawing" and another is even "Household Cleaning"! Argh, this is doing my head in!

        Yes, that's the category that runs along the top of the page (which makes it even more confusing), underneath the banner, but below that (on the desktop, anyway) the product is listed as Home - Arts and Crafts - Art Safety and Cleaning.             @ippy: Argh, that's even worse. Why bother having the secondary category listings underneath then. Assume it's not likely to be eligible then, because Office Products are, but Stationery isn't even listed so I guess that comes under "All Other Products". Have put in an order to see what happens, I need to get it anyway, but would have been nice to get the $10 cashback. Everything else I need/want to get at the moment is either on eBay or is a 0% Amazon category.

    Silly question but can you get the bonus $10 cashback on any purchase from Amazon excluding gift cards? I'm assuming you won't get the cash back for 0% category but should still track the $10?
    I bought a cable guy masterchief controller holder and yes I know the toys category is 0%.

      It activates in your rewards regardless of whether you made a purchase or not, but it won't be paid if you didn't make a purchase before 2pm.

            @tightarse: Get it. So my understanding is if a person has returned items you will not consider the order amount, which is fair.
            But if the store has cancelled some items due to stock issue, will the ordered amount be considered. Is this understanding correct?

            Further, was curious normally when cashback is processed. In such cases does store approve the original amount tracked or only what they were able to fulfill?

              @kulprit: There's no hard and fast rule here as each store has different terms etc. My best guess is that if an item is out of stock, the store should reduce the transaction amount and adjust the commission (cashback) based on the item that is out of stock. On the other hand, if an item is returned/exchanged, stores again have different rules with some declining the entire order. This is why I said we treat each on its merits. Sorry I can't offer more than this.

                On a size exchange, I say I don't have a receipt and a straight so doesn't usually worry them.

                But when it's out of my control ends up a bit annoying, but not worth contacting help about, as they won't be able to do anything?

    Thanks TA. Was able to activate and get it done on my phone when out and about today.
    Only 1 issue - I could not pay Chemist Warehouse by Paypal - the 2FA popup refused to activate when buying from within the CR app.
    Ended up paying with a standard credit card to get it done before 2pm.
