  very bad router… i got it for $30 with 30 rebate :(
  always connected only to 20hz, and not 40hz when using auto mode, which make all the 150Mbps/300Mbps half speed.

    This router does connect at 300mbps and 40hz. If yours is faulty don't blame the model.

    Do you have other networks in your area. My WNDR3700 which is a beast of a router only connects at 150mbps (20hz) on the 2.4Ghz network as there are many other routers in the area.
