I haven’t had a good run with cashrewards, every time I make a purchase their tracker notes the transaction and then a week later they deny it. Then you have to remember what the transaction was and argue with support that you actually complied to the terms and conditions. They claim the transaction wasn’t logged/tracked but as it was tracked in their application with a pending review. Anyway hope you all have a better experience as I am not biting anymore for these promos.
Hi. Are you referring to activated cashback bonuses? I can only assume from your comment that you are as these are the only ‘transactions’ that log as pending then are declined after 14 days if a subsequent qualifying transaction isn’t made. The CR promotion bonuses always decline for me and there is no detail from what I can see regarding what they relate to. You can't raise a ticket for these either as you need an order number / invoice at a minimum.
They will always decline for you unless you make a qualifying purchase. This master thread will help you match dates with promos. Best not to activate bonuses you don’t intend using. Thanks.

I've had a couple of issues but mostly plain sailing. I did have some issues with First choice cashback previously (they did come through after I queried it). Someone on here suggested only using CR app and haven't had issues since.

I've had problems getting cashback from these deals with Liquorland also. My problem was that my Cash Rewards cliick history clearly showed that I had visited the site and the invoice supplied showed that I had made the qualifying purchase but I complained too late. Based on my last experience I would recommend that if you make a purchase makes a careful note of it and gets ready to open a claim as Liquorland want your increased purchases but don't want to pay out.
Liquorland site won't process checkout for me. Both paypal and card direct have an error this morning

Yes, I order almost all of my champagne through Liquorland/First Choice via Cashrewards/Shopback. Sometimes they have a different cashback rate for champagne or expressly list it not being included in the terms, but otherwise it's included. This offer for instance includes champagne and the 2000 Flybuys for a $50 spend so a bottle of Mumm for instance would be $31.50 after cashback and Flybuys.
Any recommendations for something under $100?

Flypay doesn't even work. Kept trying to verify my ID with both BankWest and CBA and crashing. What a load of trash. Coles group really need to work on their online implementation.
Still waiting for both a confirmation email and Cashrewards tracking email for an order I placed two hours ago. I received both within 5 minutes two weeks ago when I ordered at Liquorland…

Probably. Coles is amazingly FAR worse. At least it's easily exploitable and everything stacks.
ive noticed a glitch that maybe handy for future, im not 100% sure if it works,
If you see something on sale, add it to your cart, wait until a cashback deal comes along, and even once the price goes back up, if its in your cart, you can still order it
i had something in my cart that went up in price over night and it was still orderable at the lower price
it may get cancelled though, but the order does go through
Might make.your cashback ineligible though (can't be items already in cart)..or maybe cause a tracking issue..

Tracked already $13.18 cashback on a $58 order. Save anothet $2.40 with recycling. About 42 and a half bucks for a slab of beer and a bottle of Brown Brothers is not bad.

somehow my $128 order tracked as $29.09 hmm. Only took 15 minutes though, so that's a plus?
Don't worry - it will auto-update to the correct amount within a few hours. Some stores such as Chemist Warehouse and Liquorland may report the incorrect amount initially (a very small percentage of sales), and we have a ticket open for them to investigate why :)

You only get Cashback for the non GST part of the purchase. So your purchase of $128 was actually $116.36 + GST. So you would receive $116.36 x 25% = $29.09 cashback.
But as there’s a $25 cap, it will be corrected to $25
I have never been able to buy anything I want, it gets removed from the cart at purchase (Even though I know my local stocks it).

Got the gin discovery pack https://www.liquorland.com.au/spirits/never-never-3-x-200ml-… Down from $82 to $50. Then $11.36 CB and 2000 + 1000 flybuys points (~$15 - gift card discount) brought it down to under $25 For a christmas present.

Sent a claim to Cashrewards and they've managed to approve the cashback :)
