Reviews don't look good. Everyone is complaining that the product has changed and not as good as what it used to be. HAs anyone used the new version of this product?

Yep, ordered the new one, tried one pack, returned the rest.

Now using Curash as replacement, at least it's cheaper.

      • Thanks for the feedback :)

I am currently using them and don’t like the new ones. They are smaller in size, much drier and need more of them to do the same job.
Also the material is different (biodegradable). Kind of like damp tissues.

      • Thanks for the feedback :)

      • Agree it's much drier, they should change the name to wipes instead of Water Wipes.

Thanks for this. Our go to is Joonya but we would get these when we couldn't get a bulk deal on Joonya. You can only imagine that they changed them due to cost issues. Which is amazing given how expensive they are.

    • I don’t mind the change. I actually found them a bit better! Mine were wetter! And the cloth now has some texture which actually makes cleaning easier.

  • Aldi wipes are cheaper and pretty good quality too…

Aldi wipes are made in Australia as well, pretty good

But they still have a bunch of additives? Point of water wipes is to avoid all these.

The new BioDegradable WaterWipes are terrible. I would not recommend it at all. Not worth the price.

  • We have now switched to using soft dry wipes (Reynard Everyday Wipes 100 Pack). It's a little be more messy but just need water.

Look up reviews on Amazon. These are not the wipes how they used to be:

"This company has made the best wipes for a long time, but the recent subscription delivery was different. The packaging has been updated and the company implies they are the same great wipes just with new branding. The product has definitely changed and not for the better. The wipes are not nearly as wet and the materials not as high quality. They are biodegradable now, which I don't think they were before. Plaudits for going green but you can't just change the product, make it inferior and pretend like it's as good as it always was, as well as carry over reviews from the previous version of the product, which everyone loved. I also feel like Amazon should have advised subscription customers that the previous product had been discontinued, rather than just sending me 2 big cases of the new ones which are different."

  • Much drier and smaller tissues. Although it's biodegradable but I use a pack much faster which is another problem as the package is plastic… Not worth the $$. I recommend dry wipes + water.
