They basically told me their preorder policy is no refunds, even if they can't provide an eta after many months.. which also isnt legal (preorders are ok, but if they can't provide a reasonable timeframe they need to give the option for a refund, which they refuse to)
Definitely avoid them for "preorders"
I hope you took a copy of that email or whatever and sent it to the ACCC. That's basically a slam dunk lawsuit for them.

Rosman Computer…really. Bought a GPU and paid in full including the shipping cost. Had to keep chasing it up for a couple of weeks before they finally asked for more money before they will send the item. Yeah right. When I asked for an immediate refund, I got more excuses. They changed the rule after the fact so it wasn't my fault. Anyway, it was a lot easier to claim back through Paypal.

Why is this business still allowed to operate, period! After all the BS people have gone through, money being taken as well as extra funds for cards they couldn't supply…. plus i'm sure they've had a few law suits slapped on them in the past…. (list goes on)
In comments stated above, they should be banned from being able to be posted on OZB. Too many people have been taken for a ride and losing hard earned $$$.

I can guarantee there are a lot more of these gpu shops scammers around who love to take your cash for a never arrive pre-order! We really need to see GPU prices to come back down in order to stop these stupid scammers.
