Hey Folks,
I've been in the market for a secondary phone to use as a work phone.
I currently use an iPhone 11 Pro as my primary phone, and an iPhone 6 as the work phone, but the 6 is starting to get quite laggy.
Originally I was looking at refurbished iPhone 8's and XR's, but I wasn't aware that Apple Aus don't sell refurb phones, and so I starting looking at some of the Coles/Boost/Reebelo stuff..
After reading some horror stories with bad batteries and dodgy aftermarket screens etc, I gave up.
A quick internet search says Telstra, JB Hifi, Amazon and a few others all had the iPhone SE advertised for $679, so at $569 it's not too bad.
These phones have popped up earlier in the year much cheaper, but locked to the Voda network, and obviously a much better deal once you pay for the unlocking, but if there is anyone chasing a new unlocked handset for a reasonably sensible price, this may be a good option.
Now all I need is some OzBargain counselling to help me push the 'Buy it Now' button.
