        I thought it's bug and checked with Gumtree support, they confirmed can no longer porting it to ebay.
        Although during listing process there is still option of "porting to ebay", once item listed, no more post to ebay bottion anymore.

    They haven't even given me the $10 GC after $90 spend (confirmed by ebay reps themselves im eligible, didn't get any confirmation or anything and ebay keeps saying they are looking into it please wait since a fortnight)

    But on another account i got $30 GC for renewing membership with an extended trial

        To be honest it think anyone smart enough would always choose a Gift card over a voucher especially when it comes to eBay.
        Given that vouchers aren't refundable, don't stack usually with another promotion code, can't use it over multiple transactions etc, cannot get cashback on their uses, and biggest of all not stuck with one account ( unless its been redeemed partially or fully)

        On that account i only spent like 15 bucks max during boxing week
        Plus i didn't actually pay for eBay plus instead it was trial extension for another month

    I have 3 eBay plus accounts, not one $5 gift card. eBay owes me also still $25 in gift card balance, after a purchase failed due to a glitch. Been 6 times in chat with them and they keep promising. I won’t use any shopback cards anymore to swap for EBay gift cards. I saw posts from guys loosing $1000 in gift cards here. Most of them got it back via fair trade.

      Sadly Fair Trading department is the only way to get any action out of eBay. I swear they just hide behind incompetent chat support to not honour their promotions, drag things out for weeks and months until the customer just gives up… They've really gone down the toilet lately

      try emailing - [email protected] - and include as much details as you can

      this is a level or two above the regular live chat agents. they reply really quickly - usually within 10-30 minutes with a resolution

    I haven't received any email, checked messages also. I am new ebay plus member since 2nd December. Already used 3 vouchers this month. $40 sign in voucher, $10 gift voucher for spending over $90 and $5 monthly voucher to use with 50+ shopping. eBay probably thought I had enough for a month.
