    Due to a covid positive case our warehouse was closed till the 9th. Shipping has recommenced yesterday. We are in the process now and catching up fast. Most of our staff where in isolation.

  • I don't recommend the Beard Club at all.

    I ordered a product called "FEATHER HI- STAINLESS DOUBLE EDGE BLADES (10)" this January so I was expecting to receive 10 units of them. Yet, after I received and unboxed my package, all I got was 5 platinum coated blades. I then messaged the vendor about where the other 5 blades were and I basically got told that their counting and the quantity of blades I received was correct.

    They then explained that "10" refers to the number of edges/shaves and “They are 10 single blades” (seriously?). My guess was that they expect people to break the blades in halves? Now, this wasn't my first time ordering the DE razor blades because I have ordered from one of their Australian competitors so I'm unsure how this vendor came up with their own method of calculation. The funny thing was, on the package of the DE razor blades I received, it says, "5 PLATINUM COATED BLADES" in bright yellow. This was printed by the manufacturer.

    I took a picture of the yellow wording and sent the picture to this mob but they were adamant they have done nothing wrong. And I got told that I had already got a 22% discount for my order. Personally, I'm unsure how the 22% discount justified anything. They further said, “The Pack has 10 Blades in it / 10 Shaves.” This again contradicts the manufacturer’s wording on the package.

    Take this with a grain of salt, is it possible that both the manufacturer and I are wrong about counting? This mob offered a refund but they wanted me to pay for postage. Since I’m with the manufacturer and I don’t feel that I’m at fault, I’m not responsible for the return postage. $5.42 tested this vendor. I'm just thankful to have learnt which vendor I am not gonna support again.

    Also, this mob might be trading under a different name (the Barber House) at the same time.

      The Manufacturer actually states “you can get 5-6 shaved per blade.

      Please return the purchase in full for a complete refund.

      If we are at error we will always go way and beyond.

      Nothing was sent incorrectly and we stood out ground because of the threats and demands you made.
