I was looking at these so am keen to know what isn't goodToo hard and cannot adjust it. You will need to buy additional comforters to make it somewhat more comfortable. Some like hard mattresses, so this might be a selling point for you.
The sides also have a tendency to start sagging over the years.

didn't you have 3 months to trial it? I returned it after 3 months and was the easiest return ever. I found it hard as well as I'm a side sleeper

In the market for a 2-3 seater around the $1500 mark and these look tempting, but can't find many reviews.
Just recently got the modern 4.5 seater from them, with 2 ottomans instead of going for a chaise. Loving it so far and very modular so should be easy to move with.
I bought the Queen mattress. By far the worst mattress I have ever used. I returned it just over a month into the trial.

Have had the Queen mattress for 3 or 4 years now. Still super comfortable. I'd highly recommend one.

you only need 2 sales per year. Easter sale and Boxing day sale just drag them on for 6 months.
