I’ve had Kaspersky since the beginning. I always run Wireshark on it’s traffic and it never communicates more than it’s update file. Read into that what you will but I’m happy.
I have never seen Kaspersky trying to communicate with dodgy ip's.
Just check your modem/router logs or pihole/adguard if you run one.
My Samsung, Huawei and Xiaomi devices on the other hand…
Managed to get 3 years 1 device Kaspersky total security from amazon.in for around $18. However can confirm it worked on my PC as well as android mobile.

I haven't bought the product so haven't tested personally but from the post here, seems like it's stackable.
I renewed again using the previous deal and I've been happy with Kaspersky for some years now.
Don’t want to buy Russian products due to Russia fuelling the war in the Ukraine.
My license will be expired in the next few months. Can I buy this deal now, but hold off the activation for a few months until the current license is expired first? or can I activate it now and it will just add up on top of my current license?

You should double-check OP, that one is for Total Security, not Internet Security. Total Security has more features and not expired either.
