Normally their shipping is a hell of a lot less. Correct me but it looks like their passing off some of the phone cost into the shipping price.

I've received one of their vouchers before. If it's the same as these, they don't require a minimum purchase. But postage might not be included. For example: if you got a $20 voucher and the item is $15 + $5 postage, you'll only be using up $15 worth from your voucher and you'll have to pay the $5 with your own money.
Also, I think you have about a month to use them up.
That's just my experience from last year, it could be different with these ones.
